Hi, I’m Joaquin Melara
In August 2022, I left a conference + community management job in New York City with nothing lined up.
I was looking for the next step in my career since I had been working in the intersection of operations and technology.
Luckily, a few more event gigs were present to get some cash. And it served to solidify how much I enjoyed bringing people together through shared experiences.
Then in November 2023, my life completely changed when I started hosting a podcast and producing my own events to bring people together around Artificial Intelligence.
Now, I run a lean business producing content and events where consultants, startups, and tech companies share their work and expertise with the world, attracting ideal clients and partners as a result.

I spent the first six years of my career supporting distributed enterprise software for over 50 universities worldwide and various SaaS startups.
In November 2023, I founded the SWARM Community and The AI Digest Podcast, where I began producing content and events focused on the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence. I’ve collaborated with CEOs, founders, and consultants from six- and seven-figure companies to promote, interview, and co-produce content, driving meaningful relationships in the AI ecosystem and positioning their expertise.
I’ve planned, produced, and supported the live execution of over a dozen virtual and in-person events, including conferences, forums, symposiums, and nature retreats. Additionally, I’ve produced more than 70 podcasts and webinars.
Currently, I am organizing and producing a series of events that explore the social and technical aspects of Artificial Intelligence, featuring subject matter experts from around the world.
