About the SWARM Community
In October 2023 I founded the SWARM community, a global community of practice for AI practitioners. Built on earned participation rather than open signup, it gives engineers, researchers, and designers a place to think carefully in public about work that's usually solitary — through events, podcasts, and independent publications. Since launch, SWARM has featured over 300 speakers, produced more than 70 podcast episodes and 20 virtual events, and published two free independent publications.
